Today I look at a package that is filled with great looking graphics for those of you on YouTube. Many times these packages are for the graphics in your videos, this one caught my eye as is also about the graphics for your channel as well. It's call the utube graphics Toolkit and the idea is there are over 900 graphics for you to use. It's not software. If you don't have any software there are tutorials that show you how to use these graphics with free software ware like Gimp (or if you have titles like PowerPoint, Camtasia and others). We all know that visitors don't read, they skim a web page. Well, a WordPress Plugin like Call to Action Pro can help drive your visitor's eyes in a direction that YOU want. The cool thing is the plugin is all drag and drop, and it incorporates some pretty slick templates. You have access to the Google font library, and every you make is responsive. If you're stuggling to find content, this might be a decent tool (bufferapp.com also provides suggestions which I find good). Today I take a quick peak at optinmonster. This is a very versatile tool to help you grow your email liste. See the video at www.weeklywebtools.com/260 It seems everywhere I go see an optin monster box popping up at me. I wanted to get a good look. I was amazed at all the options that are available. you have an INSANE amount of control on how your optin forms appear. You can customize it down to the category, post, category and more. You can even set it to only show up on the SECOND time a person visits your site (As well as the expected configuration options as to how many times it shows up and how frequnetly it shows up). The feature that everyone seems to be raving about is the Exit Intent feature. This means that when you go to click on the X to close a tab, the option box appears. This is really cool. I went to a conference and saw a presentation from someone at LeadPages. It was really good without being a giant commercial for LeadPages. At the end of the presentation, I asked the rep if he had 4,000 email lists if you are giving away all these ebooks and other incentives for people's email address. Then the lights came on. This way you can have a ton of pages with different incentives, and still noly have one central list (or as many lists as you want). Originally I thought emailing my list after I gave away all these incentives was going to be a nightmare, but after some time with the rep I now see the advantage of LeadPages. Pricing starts at $37. We have talked about Contest blitz in the past which is a great tool for growing your email list, today we look at Raffle Plus which is a $19 plugin that allows you to create a prize and allow people to enter via facebook like, G+, twitter, blog comment, or email subscription. You can assign points to each action. When a contestant goes to the contest page they will see their totals. It's an interesting tool, but its hard to get a grasp on as the developer doesn't even have a description tat properly explains what it does (I learned by looking at the screen shots). There is no video explanation, etc. So for developers, there is a lesson to be learned here. I don't think I would buy this just because it looks like ti was designed by some guy in his basement  - because it probably is. Where a system like Contest Blitz  has a bit more pizzazz, and professionalism. I know Raffle Plus has more features (it will randomly pick or winner oyou can manually do it) but I would be more inclined to go with Con
