Zack Arnold is a film and TV editor (Burn Notice, Empire) and the host of the Fitness in Post podcast (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm2094093/?ref_=fn_al_nm_1). The podcast focuses on how to make healthier changes to your lifestyle while setting yourself up for success as an editor. It's a great resource for finding ways to keep good upkeep on your body and mind so that you can stay creative and do your best work. Zack started the Fitness in Post podcast once he recognized that the work environment of the editor can be detrimental, especially when taking into account long stretches of hours spent sitting at a desk and not getting proper rest or nutrition. Sean earned the nickname by being the go-to Adobe know-it-all among his colleagues and started the site in 2014. He has since fostered it into a site where editors can find hot tips on using Premiere better in ways they didn't realize, as well as keeping a finger on the pulse of the latest in Adobe news. He currently works in New Jersey for the ad agency JK Design and in his very limited off-time gets asked to attend this year's Editor's Retreat.
