It’s Rivalry Week in the college lacrosse season as teams jockey for position in their respective conference tournaments. Expect big crowds, intense action and maximum effort. Are you ready? As always we’ll get you primed for those games and more, and we’ll talk to Johns Hopkins’ Garrett Degnon ahead of the No.3-ranked Jays game against No. 5 Maryland. IL's Terry Foy and Nick Ossello unpack a pair of incredible finishes — Siena's four-goal run in the last minute to beat Manhattan and Lafayette's buzzer-beater to top Boston U — plus Jordan Faison's caused turnover that led to the Notre Dame's eventual game-winning goal. From there, they bring on former Brown star Larken Kemp to discuss the Bears' win over Princeton. Kemp shares his thoughts on what it must be like for Virginia coach Lars Tiffany to have their regular season losing streak to Duke extend to 19, and they wrap by talking about Army's win over Navy and Denver's big Big East win over Georgetown.

Caleb has returned from his bachelor party to reclaim his role as the co-host of IL’s DIII Podcast. The fellas have Wesleyan coach John Raba on the show to talk all things Wesleyan lacrosse. The three of them hit everything from fatherly life advice to what NOT to do when you are on your visit as a prospective Wesleyan student athlete. Among the many things that the trio dives in on, is what, if any, similarities exist between this 2024 team and the group that conquered DIII in 2018.

PLL Whipsnakes beat reporter Adam Lamberti joins IL's Kevin Brown to preview one of the most highly anticipated draft classes in professional lacrosse history. They get into the debate of who should go first overall between Brennan O'Neill and Connor Shellenberger, what players will be value picks later in the draft and add some player comparisons for some of the top prospects. The 2024 PLL Draft will be broadcast on ESPNU on Tuesday, May 7, at 7 p.m.

IL's Terry Foy and Nick Ossello once again record while watching the end of a Notre Dame game, this time the Irish's 15-12 win over Duke (though Duke's three-goal run to it 11-11 is worth the listen for those who download for the schadenfreude). Mixed in, they discuss Hopkins' 9-8 overtime win vs. Penn State in Baltimore, Colgate's upset of Army, Virginia's domination of North Carolina and much more.

Director of ILPreps  Dan Kaplan links up with Loomis Chaffee (Conn.) head coach Bill Ball to summarize some early action, highlight players and discuss some of the exciting challenges that lie ahead of them this season. Have we really reached the midpoint of the 2024 regular season? Yes. Yes, we have. Time flies when you are having fun. As we close out March we have a pretty good understanding of the college lacrosse landscape, including which teams are shaping into contenders and which players are shaping into stars. Many of those contenders will sharpen their iron in another weekend featuring half a dozen Top 20 matchups. D-Fly & Dixie will set the table for big weekend ahead. One of those stars is Penn State attackman, TJ Malone, who’s No. 4-ranked Nittany Lions have somehow seemed to fly under the radar in 2024. Even though a St. Patrick's Day Parade prevented IL's Terry Foy and Nick Ossello from recording, they unpack Sunday's action, starting with Yale's win at Denver and then Harvard's win at Michigan as they're joined by Crimson coach Gerry Byrne ahead of next weekend's rivalry game.
