Tari Kandemiri, is joined by Britta Brown, a former North Carolina women's lacrosse player and currently the  Senior Director of Basketball Administration at the Detroit Pistons. In her role, Brown oversees team operations, logistics and assists in day-to-day management of the Basketball Operations Department, under GM Troy Weaver. She and Tari talk about, among many other things, advocating for yourself and having fun.

IL's Terry Foy and Quint Kessenich once again answer fan questions as they discuss Notre Dame's win over Duke, Virginia topping Carolina, upheaval in the America East and CAA (two-bid leagues?), status quo in the Patriot League, and questions like how the Committee should handle the Big Ten and how the Hopkins staff handled the benching of Joey Epstein.

This weekend features by far the best and deepest schedule of IL Top 20 matchups yet this season, and D-Fly and Dixie are here to preview all the big games. After another long week of premier matchups from Tuesday (Albany's win over UMass) to Thursday (Duke's win over Syracuse) to Friday (Richmond's win over High Point) to marquee games on Saturday (Virginia topping Notre Dame) and Sunday (Maryland over Rutgers), IL's Terry Foy and Quint Kessenich have a lot to discuss, but they end the podcast by talking to NCAA Committee Chair Tim Leonard about how they're approaching the selection criteria this season.

In a special International edition, IL CEO Terry Foy is joined by Brendan Mullin, a coach at Central China Normal University and key cog in the sport's development there, as well as Event Manager Arnold Tsui and Chad Fairfoull and Jenifer Marrosu, the head coaches of the Hong Kong Men's and Women's representative teams. They discuss the merits of the Sixes discipline, and provide updates as to the sport's development in each market over the last year. 

Fresh off of March Matness, Quint Kessenich joins IL's Terry Foy to discuss another week in college lacrosse, highlighted by remembering Syracuse legend Rob Kavovit, Rutgers' win over Johns Hopkins and they travel back to Denver's win over Georgetown last Tuesday.
