Today we have musician, video director, good pal, and now Scarborough legend Joe Cash returning to the show. He's got a brand new song/video out titled "Soda Pop" this week and also released another recent track titled "Scarborough Girl" that has had some viral success and got him on the Dean Blundell Show. He breaks down that experience and how being on that show was a dream of his from growing up listening to Dean's original show every day. We also chat about the power of being authentically true to yourself, how his punk rock roots are imbedded in his journey as an artist even though he makes his own spin on classic pop tunes, and just the life and grind of being an independent artist.

We get a glimpse into her internal strength that helped her overcome her battle with cancer and break down how there is strength in living day to day with a positive outlook and even just laughing at world.

Today we are joined with actress Caitlyn Sponheimer who is currently traveling around the country showcasing her latest film "April In Autumn". Today we are honoured to share this chat with the legendary author Henry Glassie. For over 50 years Henry has lived in different communities all over the world and has written 20 plus books showcasing an authentic look into the life and work of creatives in different cultures. At the age of 78 he is still going strong and we caught up with him during his documentary premiere "Henry Glassie: Field Work" at the Toronto International Film Festival.

Today on the show we are joined in a sketchy alleyway with Joel Grind for an incredible talk about his life as touring artist and producer/influencer of so many striving bands in the heavy/extreme metal scene.
